  1. Windows Vista – additional changes for compatibility with Windows Vista.  This version of Direct Track is compatible with Windows 2000, XP and Vista .

  2. Customer Information – added a warning that displays if you change the name of an existing customer in case you need to add a customer rather than change the current one.

  3. Customer Profile – updated the Other Needs section to match the current profile card.

  4. Customer Sales – created a new tab on the main Customer screen that displays the customer’s sales history.  The sales will be in date order with the most recent ones first.  You can double-click on any row to go to that sales ticket.

  5. Sales Ticket – when adding sales tickets, the customer’s street address will display in the Customer Name drop down list to allow you to distinguish between more than one customer with the same name.  The address will also display in the Hostess drop down list.

  6. Sales Ticket – added a Profile button to open the customer’s profile from the sales ticket screen.

  7. Quick Product Finder – when you open the Quick Product Finder, the cursor will default to the Find by Product Description box so you can immediately enter a description for searching.

  8. Calendar Popup – fixed problem with calendar not always starting on Sunday.

  9. Consultant Trades, Demo Use Items, Personal Use Items – clicking on the date will no longer bring up the Quick Product Finder so you can enter a date and then part number.  When adding a product using the Quick Product Finder, the quantity will be set to 0 so you can change the date and quantity before the inventory adjustment is entered.

  10. Daily Ticker – show the referred by name on the customer contact list.

  11. Orders – added an option to include only section 1 items when automatically creating an order based on your sales and inventory levels.

  12. Reports, Sales, Sales by Date Range – added customer phone number to the report.

  13. Reports – added an email button to the left of the Close Report button that displays when previewing reports.  You can use this button to email a copy of a report.

  14. Utility, Delete Contacts – added a utility to allow you to delete planned customer and/or consultant contacts prior to a selected date.  If you have a large amount of old planned contacts, you can use this utility to delete them and then start over with your planned contacts.

1. Customer Profile – updated products to match the new profile card.  Additional items can be added to the Profile drop down lists (Cleanser, Exfoliate, Freshen, Moisture Balance and Protect) under Setup, Table Maintenance.

3. File, Import, Web Site Order – setup process for importing an order from your web site.
4. File, Import, Order Form – setup option to allow importing the order form from a location other than download or diskette.  If you have problems with the automatic download process and do not have a diskette drive, you can use the Other Location option instead.
5. Order – fixed problem with the tax flag not being set when automatically creating an order based on inventory levels.  
6. Setup, System – added a Tax Before Discount default option.  If this is checked, all new sales tickets will default to Tax Before Discount.  If it is not checked, new sales tickets will default to tax after discount.  
7. Setup, System – added a Format for Window Envelope option.  If this is checked, the Print button on the Sales Ticket tab will automatically use the Sales Ticket Window Envelope report.  
8. Summary – added YTD Sales to the screen next to the Week Sales.  This will show the YTD sales up to the weekly summary date displayed.  The YTD date range is based on the Summary Year Begin and End dates under Setup, System.  
9. Reports, Sales Ticket – only the last 4 digits of the credit card number will be printed on the report.  
10. Inventory - fixed problem with incorrect sold not delivered values.
11. Inventory - fixed problem with blank values causing an error when automatically creating an order from inventory levels.

Version 3.0.0

1. Windows Installation - If you have multiple user logons on your computer, you will be able to run Direct Track under any of those user logons.  However, you must be logged onto the computer as a user with administrator rights to install the program.   Users without administrator rights will be able to run Direct Track but cannot install the program.  
2. File, Backup Data – use this to create a new backup of your data after installing this upgrade.  Backups made prior to this upgrade can no longer be used to restore your data.
3. Consultant Info – added Status selection (active, inactive).  
4. Setup, System – added an option to allow hiding inactive customers and consultants on the screens and reports in Direct Track.  If Hide Inactive Customers is checked, inactive customers will not show on the screens and reports.  If Hide Inactive Consultants is checked, inactive consultants will not show on the screens and reports. 5. Customer and Consultant Personal – increased the length of the e-mail address from 30 to 75 characters.  
6. Inventory, Sales Ticket, Order – added Tax flag to inventory items.  By default, the tax flag will be checked when new items are added to inventory.  If you want an item not to be taxed when it is added to a Sales Ticket or Order, uncheck the tax flag for that item on the Inventory tab.  You can check or uncheck the tax flag on any individual item on a Sales Ticket or Order if you do or do not want it to be taxed.   
7. Labels – added new Customer Spouse mailing labels.  
8. Utility, Personal Use Items, Demo Use Items and Consultant Trades – fixed problem that occurred when selecting an item from the Quick Product Finder.  If the same item had been entered on an earlier date, the screen would be positioned on the earlier item instead of the newly added item.  
9. Sales Ticket – if a hostess is changed from a customer to a consultant, the hostess name will still show on the Sales Ticket.  
10. Sales Ticket – fixed problem with not being able to mark Sales Tickets complete if the amount due was more than $1000.  
11. Sales Ticket – all products (both current and discontinued) will now show in the Quick Product Finder and the Part # drop down list.  You no longer have to add discontinued items to your inventory before adding them to a Sales Ticket.  
12. Scoreboard Report – changed the format of the Scoreboard report so it can be exported to Word and Excel.  
13. Reports, Customer, Customer List By Category – added a new report showing the customers in all or one selected category.  
14. Reports, Customer, Customer List By Status – added a new report showing the customers in all or one selected status.  
15. Reports, Customer, Customer Last Contact Date – added a new report showing the last time (if any) each customer was contacted during a date range.  
16. Reports, Sales, Customer Last Sale Date – added a new report showing the last sale (if any) each customer had during a date range.  
17. Reports, Sales, Customers By Total Sales – added a new report showing customers sorted by total sales during a date range.  
18. Reports, Sales, Sales Ticket and Sales Ticket – Window Envelope – added the option to print a Sales Ticket that is or is not formatted for a window envelope.  More items will show on a single page if you don’t use the Window Envelope format.  
19. Reports, Customer, Preferred Customer Program – added each customer’s e-mail address to the report.  
20. Reports, Inventory, Inventory List – added a new Inventory List report that is sorted in the same order as the items on the Inventory tab.  This report can be used to manually verify inventory item counts and then any adjustments can be made to the Inventory tab.
