Update Downloading and Importing Order
Form Updates
If you subscribe to the
yearly maintenance service, updates to the order form will be
will be available to be downloaded from the internet. To download and import the
current order form, follow the instructions below. You can print out this page
before you begin so you'll have the instructions to refer to as you complete each step.
Downloading the Current
Order Form Effective 6/16/2008 - 9/15/2008
1. Click on the link
below to begin downloading the current order form.

2. After you click on
the link, you should receive an option to Open or Save the file. You must select Save.
If you receive an error message that you don't have permission or that you can't find the
system.mdw, you selected Open instead of Save.

If you don't receive an
option that will let you save, try right-clicking on the link and then selecting Save
Target As from the right-click menu.

3. Save the file
(product.mdb) to your My Documents folder. To do this, select your
My Documents folder from the Save In drop
down list. The File name should be product or product.mdb.
Click Save to download the file.

4. Depending on the
speed of your connection, the download process may take a few minutes. After it is
completed, proceed with importing the new order form.
Importing the Order Form
1.
Open Direct
Track.
2. Select Import from
the File menu.
3. Select Order Form
under Import
4. Select the
Other Location option as shown. If you do not see the Other
Location option on your screen, you do not have the latest version of
Direct Track installed. For instructions on how to get the latest
version of Direct Track, send an email to us using our contact
page.

5. Click on the File Dialog button (with the 3 dots) to locate
the download file.
6. Select your My Documents folder from the Look in drop down
list.
7. Double-click on the Product file in the box below My
Documents.

8. You should now be back on the Import screen. Click on the
Import button.
9. When the import is
complete, you will receive a message "Import Completed Successfully" and the
dates of the imported order form will be shown..
10. To use the new
order form, go to your Order tab and add a new order and select the new order form from
the Catalog drop down list.
