I have been using Direct Track for at least 10 years and I couldn't run my business without it. It makes working up orders so simple and stress-free. I love how you can track your inventory and know with a click what is on the shelves. You put in how many of each item you'd like to keep on hand and when it's time to order DT places the exact amount needed on the order form.

My office is downstairs and the computer is upstairs. When someone calls to request an item I check in DT and know if it should be there or not. Tax time especially is so easy. I print out my inventory report then check my actually inventory to make sure they match. No more figuring totals...IT'S THERE!!

I love the professional look of sales tickets and put in the NOTE area what samples I've given so I can check back to see how they liked them. I know exactly what colors, looks, supplements, etc... I've put in reorder sacks.

It also makes it so easy when a client isn't sure what color or shade they've gotten before, all you have to do is pull up that particular clients history and it's all there! No more digging out old sales tickets, thumbing through hoping to find what you need. All at a click of a button and scroll of the mouse!!

When sales tickets are entered they automatically go to the Weekly Summary.

At the end of each week I just pull it up and print it out.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY DIRECT TRACK!!!! I'm so thankful for those who designed it and keep us 'on track'!!!

I have been using Direct Track right from the beginning.  I was fortunate enough to be on the panel of consultants & directors to help put the program together.  Complete Computer Solutions wanted to be absolutely sure it would be a program that would be something anyone could use right from the beginning of their business up to National.  I can't imagine running my business without it.

It does everything from print customer/consultant labels, sales tickets, compiles an order based on my desired levels of each product with the click of a button, tells me in a simple report exactly who I want to add/remove/or update on my preferred customer mailing, etc.  I could go on & on, but I think you get the idea.  It is a must for anyone who is serious about running a Mary Kay business & will simplify your office tasks.

My Direct Track is the first program I open in the morning and the last program I close down at the end of the day. I keep all of my customer and consultant information in Direct Track and use it to prompt me when to contact everyone I need to call on a daily basis.

Direct Track makes it easy for me to keep track of my hostesses and my personal sales for our Area Hostess Awards program.

I make sure I get my customers birthdays so that I can print out a list each month and contact them with a postcard and a call to offer them their special gift from me as one of my Preferred Customers.

I use DT for everything.......

I can't be far from my Direct Track software. It helps me keep track of everything from customer orders to what inventory I need to replace to personal use items and consultant trades. It truly is a life saver. Gone are the days I have to hand count my inventory or write sales slips. With the touch of a button I know instantly what I need, which customers owe me money and how much I've earned since the beginning of the Seminar year. How any consultant could live without it is beyond me.

I have been using Direct Track for almost a year.  What a difference it has made in the record-keeping part of my business!

What I love most about Direct Track is the ability to keep track of sales and inventory.  I do a large part of my business during the months of November and December.  Each year I seem to run out of some vital Basics and have to back-order them to my customers, which I really don't like doing.  Last year, I was able to print out what I sold during November and December, and I was really surprised at the exact amounts of certain items that were fast movers.

I was able to increase the amounts I wanted on my shelves of these popular items during the holidays and lower the amounts in January, yet increase amounts of other items at that time.  In fact, Direct Track is so flexible that I can change the amounts I want on hand at any time.  Also, I've now started keeping track of my section 2 items in stock.  That's a first for me!

It has also made ordering inventory from Mary KayŽ much easier now, since the software does it for me!  If it seems like it's more than I want to spend on an order, I can go into the order and decrease amounts of each item or eliminate items altogether.  This has saved me lots of time in putting an order together rather than "eye-balling" what's on my shelf, like I used to do when compiling a Mary KayŽ order with paper and pencil.  Plus now I can print out my order from Direct Track and have a paper copy of it to check off the items in my order when it arrives.  Then when my order does arrive and everything's there, I just mark the box that says all has been received, and Direct Track automatically puts that new order into my inventory.   It doesn't get any better that this!

I've been on the Mary KayŽ National Queens Court of Sales seven times, and Direct Track has helped me spend less time on frustrating paperwork and has freed me up to put more time into my sales and teaching my customers and my Consultants.  I tell all of my Consultants about Direct Track!  In fact, I've even told my potential team members about Direct Track.  They often comment on how organized I am, so I tell them about my software package.  Several of my potential team members feel reassured about our Mary KayŽ business as a new career for them, if they can have everything on computer.  Nobody likes paperwork!  Direct Track has made record-keeping a joy instead of a chore!

I became a Sales Director in October of 1997, bought a computer in January of 1998, and bought my Direct Track Software in May of 1998.   After using it a little over a year, all I can say is "How much easier my life would have been if I had only gotten Direct Track as a brand new Consultant!!!"   I can't imagine running my unit OR my personal business without it.  It keeps me totally on track and up to date on customers I need to follow up with, customer and Consultant birthdays, summaries, recruiting prospects, etc. and all at the touch of a button!  And with each upgrade it just gets better and better.  It has fast become a business tool that I can't live without!!

I am very pleased with Direct Track for many reasons.   One is that my Sales Tickets are very professional looking and even my customers have commented on them.  It makes them realize that this is a business and not a hobby.

Direct Track does my Summary Sheets, keeps track of my inventory, and I do my orders on it (it calculates the figures).  I also print my labels on Direct Track.  This system definitely cuts down on my time in the office and allows me to get out and meet people.  This is a great organizational way to run your business, everything you need is literally at your fingertips.
