How do I enter a Hostess Discount amount on a Sales Ticket?

Enter part H001 on your sales ticket.  Enter the discount amount as a negative price for the item. This amount will be subtracted from the sales ticket amount and print on the sales ticket as a Hostess Discount.

How do I add my director’s name to the drop-down list in my consultant file?

All drop-down lists throughout the program can be customized through Table Maintenance. Select Utilities, Table Maintenance. Click on the drop-down menu for Table Name. Select Consultant Directors. Type your director’s name at the bottom of the list. Close Table Maintenance, and your director’s name will now appear in the list. For further information, please refer to the Table Maintenance section of your User Guide to review the drop-down lists that can be customized in this manner.

How do I delete a product that I have incorrectly added to a Sales Ticket?

Click on the button with the red X to the left of the item.  You will be prompted with the message "You are about to delete 1 record", select "Yes". This is the procedure used to delete items throughout the program.

The Sold Not Delivered numbers in my Inventory are not correct.

If your Sold Not Delivered numbers are not accurate, the numbers can be updated, from current undelivered sales tickets. To do this, select Utilities, Update Sold Not Delivered.

I get error messages starting Direct Track. What should I do?

Reinstall Direct Track using the version sent to you. If you install an older version of Direct Track, it will not work. If you are not sure what needs to be reinstalled, send an email message through Contact Us and ask for instructions.

How can I transfer information from Direct Track onto my newsletter?

All reports generated within Direct Track can be exported into Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. An example would be to preview a report, such as Summary Sheet By Date Range, and click the button on the tool bar with the "W" on it. The data will then be exported into Word. From there you can cut, copy, paste to add the information to your newsletter.
